OLD-EIGER2 X CdTe 9M

The EIGER2 X CdTe 9M X-ray detector offers a large active area for high-energy X-ray diffraction, chemical crystallography, powder diffraction, and pair distribution function analysis. Thanks to its highly efficient X-ray detection up to 100 keV through direct conversion, weak signals next to strong peaks can be measured with the best possible signal-to-noise ratio. Two adjustable energy thresholds enable you to simultaneously discriminate fluorescence background (the lower threshold) and measure the contribution of higher harmonics (the upper threshold).
