In addition, the 100K-M offers all the features of the PILATUS3 X CdTe hybrid photon counting detectors, such as noise-free detection for highest dynamic range and optimal point spread function.

Furthermore, you can exploit the optional vacuum compatibility (down to 10-6 mbar) of the detector for complete elimination of air scatter and absorption. Electrical and cooling feedthrough sets are available as accessories and make integration of the 100K-M into your vacuum chamber easy.
