OLD-PILATUS3 X 2M

The PILATUS3 X 2M is a versatile detector for SAXS, single crystal diffraction or coherent diffraction imaging offering outstanding performance. It boasts MX applications with up to 250 Hz and 0.95 ms readout time.  With a maximum count rate of more than 10 million counts per second and pixel at 12 keV it ensures accurate data even when measuring strongly diffracting samples with the brightest sources. The PILATUS3 CMOS readout ASIC features the DECTRIS instant retrigger. This technology enables non-paralyzable counting, enhanced high-rate-counting performance and reduced readout times.
