OLD-PILATUS3 X 6M

PILATUS3 X 6M detector offers outstanding performance for macromolecular crystallography at synchrotron beamlines. The detector operates with frame rates up to 100 Hz and sub-millisecond readout time, enabling novel experimental strategies. Region-of-interest readout allows you to take advantage of frame rates up to 500Hz, which is useful for alignment of micrometer size crystals by raster scanning at a low dose. DECTRIS instant retrigger technology overcomes the intrinsic count-rate limitations of previous photon-counting detectors offering more than 10 million counts per second and pixel at 12 keV outperforming any other hybrid photon counting detector. The PILATUS3 X 6M detector system is the result of our endeavor in perfecting single-photon counting for macromolecular crystallography.
