DECTRIS has a flat hierarchy with four main departments. However all the doors of the offices are open, up to the CEO. Interdisciplinary cooperation is a very important part of our daily work. In the development department, we employ materials scientists, process specialists, electronic engineers and ASIC designers. In product development, many physicists work in projects to develop new X-ray detectors for various applications with support from our software development group.
Numerous specialists, application scientists, marketing managers, product managers and product engineers are responsible for all product matters in the marketing and sales department. They are being supported by our operative sales team, which is the appropriate contact for all offers, orders and transports.

Because the production of our detectors is very demanding, we are dependent on specialized process engineers and versatile personnel in the production department. Our specialists in purchasing, logistics and maintenance provide support, doing their utmost to ensure that we deliver promptly.
