Excellent data quality, fast data acquisition, and versatile modes of operation are among the key benefits of all DECTRIS PILATUS3® X detectors. These  cameras with 172-µm pixels offer noise-free detection and built-in retrigger technology that far exceed the count-rate limit of previous photon-counting detectors. These detectors perform at frame rates up to 500 Hz with  a readout time of 0.95 ms between exposures. With a silicon sensor 450 or 1,000 µm thick and ideal counting statistics enabled by a sharp, single-pixel point-spread function, PILATUS3 X detectors cover X-ray energies between 5 and 36 keV.

Coming in different geometries and with optional vacuum capability, DECTRIS PILATUS3® X large-area detectors fit the requirements of almost any experimental setup.

This is the largest PILATUS3 system, offering Instant Retrigger technology, sub-millisecond readout times, Region-of-Interest readout, and all other PILATUS3 features.

This detector features a 25 x 28 cm2 surface and frame rate up to 250 Hz for macromolecular crystallography and other applications of large-area detection.

PILATUS3 X 1M

PILATUS3 X 1M

This is a large-area detector with frame rate up to 500 Hz for advanced SAXS studies and other diffraction applications.

PILATUS3 X 300K

PILATUS3 X 300K

This is the PILATUS3 X detector with the broadest application spectrum. The system has a vacuum option and can be delivered with energy thresholds down to 1,600 eV.

PILATUS3 X 300K-W

PILATUS3 X 300K-W

This is the ideal WAXS detector, with an active area of more than 25 x 3 cm2 and optional vacuum compatibility.
 

PILATUS3 X 200K-A

PILATUS3 X 200K-A

This is an easy-to-use, air-cooled system with an active area of 8 x 7 cm2. It is an excellent detector for a wide range of X-ray applications.

PILATUS3 X 100K-A

PILATUS3 X 100K-A

This is a 500-Hz, maintenance-free detector system with all the advantages of hybrid-pixel technology, but without a need for dry-air or water stabilization.

PILATUS3 X 100K-M

PILATUS3 X 100K-M

This separate, compact, and lightweight detector head can be operated in a vacuum down to 10-6 mbar, and without its entrance window.
