From June 2nd to June 3rd 2016, DECTRIS held its first Sales Workshop for OEM partners at our new premises in Baden-Dättwil, Switzerland. The focus of the workshop was on Hybrid Photon Counting technology and the benefits it provides for diverse scientific and industrial applications. Best detectors for specific applications were discussed in the context of our expanding product portfolio. This training will aid our partners in offering the best choice of detector with their instruments. A highlight of the workshop was a tour of the new premises that DECTRIS has been using since November. The visiting partners were most impressed with the increased production capacity.
Feedback from participants was unreservedly positive. Each one appreciated the knowledge shared and the insights gained and enjoyed the convivial atmosphere of the event. “Thank you for a most excellent workshop last week”, one participant emailed afterwards.
As it was such a success, we have already decided to repeat the workshop two years from now. For those who like long-term planning, please mark June 2018 in your calendars when DECTRIS will repeat this event.
