The PILATUS3 R CdTe 300K brings the advantages of HPC technology and direct detection in CdTe to high-energy applications such as charge density studies or CD-SAXS. The active area of 83.8 x 106.5 mm2 is perfectly suited for single crystal diffraction and small angle scattering. With quantum efficiency greater than 90% you can detect virtually every precious photon from Mo, Ag, or In-sources. Fluorescence background suppression boosts data quality when working with fluorescing samples such as organometallic compounds.
