The PILATUS3 S 1M is the optimal SAXS detector in cases where the highest fame rates are not necessary. The large sensor area of 168.7 x 179.4 mm2 millimeters, a readout time of only 2 ms and a frame up to 25 Hz provide all requirements for scanning SAXS experiments with not very strong scattering samples.
