PILATUS3 X 1M

The PILATUS3 X1M is the perfect SAXS or GISAXS detector for experiments, in which its large sensor area of 168.7 x 179.4 mm2 enables recording high scattering angles with high resolution in reciprocal space. A readout time of 0.95 ms and frame rates up to 500 Hz guarantees optimal beamtime usage when studying dynamic process or rastering large sample areas in short time.
