DECTRIS wins Prix SVC
Edging out 100 other contestants, DECTRIS has tonight won the Prix SVC Northern Switzerland. With the biennial award, the Swiss Venture Club honors companies that turn innovation and entrepreneurship into lasting success. It is considered the most prestigious award for small and medium-sized enterprises in Switzerland.
Among six finalists at a ceremony in Basel, DECTRIS impressed the jury with its journey from hopeful startup to market-leading manufacturer of X-ray detectors. Despite an export share of 99%, all development and production take place in Switzerland, demonstrating how innovation and an enthusiasm for quality can lead to global success.
