The EIGER2 X CdTe 500K is a compact and lightweight X-ray detector that provides optimal efficiency for high-energy applications. Its active area of 84 x 33 mm2 makes it especially well-suited for following individual diffraction spots or integrating a subsection of diffraction rings. With frame rates up to 2,000 Hz and excellent gating capabilities, this detector enables time-resolved experiments in situ.
